Climbing the Cloud: My Path to Conquering the AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification
Hello everyone!
Most of the articles around AWS Certifications are either “How I Passed X Certification” or “How To Pass X Certification”. But, today what I will be doing is walking you through my preparations for the AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification (SAA-C03) and how I am actually studying and preparing for it.
1. I Bought A Course
Although you can benefit from the AWS Training and Certification resources, it is always preferable to take an external course, especially from Stephan Maarek. That’s what I did when I prepared and passed the AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
So, I went ahead and bought the course:
Ultimate AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-C03
This guy is very credible and knowledgeable of the material he is teaching. He even passed this certification with a score of 984/1000 which shows how good he is when it comes to AWS and DevOps.
2. I Am Writing Notes On Notion
Yup, Notion!
Notion is the ultimate second-brain tool for me. Not just for taking notes, but for everything. I regularly write notes and summaries of what I learn on Notion.
It looks something like that
I will be sharing with you the notion page once I finish the preparation stage and take the exam.
3. Next Steps and What I Will Be Doing
After finishing the course and the material. I will be doing multiple things before taking the exam to ensure a good grade.

I already have an AWS account so I can practice and experiment with different architectures and services.
